Need to remove my whole rear bench can someone give me a rough guide would be muchos appreciated guys!! :-D

for the bottom (same for single piece or 60/40 just need to do it twice on the latter), lift the front up and it will come forward then squeeze the bars in to remove the bottoms, for the tops (full bench) pull tabs push it forward and theres a hinge on each side with a tab over it, use a big flat head screw driver and prize it open, do this both sides and you can lift it out! (for 60/40s) you ned to repeat above process but undo the 3 torx/allen bolt and lift it all out, iirc the "40" section comes out of the middle hinge!
