Mikuni carbs and custom inlet manifold with Mk2 ignition

Featured Replies

After much fiddling i had my carbs running sweet yesterday but i have been offered a company car and now the car is going back to standard injection and being passed down the family so this is up for grabs,

Comes with regulator but no pump cost me £300 + P+P literally a week ago, no pump included but everythin else there to get it running sweet, sound amazing.

Anyway offers around £270 + P+P (should be about £20 due to weight Recorded and insured.)

These have already been jetted and suited to the AFH block and just need to be adjusted according to fuel air ratio etc.

Easy. Peasy.

Just a facet low PSI pump £20-£30 new, R1 carbs :)

Sounded the nuts tis a shame really but i'm sure my sister doesn't want loud carbs on her car haha.

would you mind splitting up the setup as i am in desperate need of an inlet manifold for my cbr600 carbs, so long as the spacing is the same or close enough to work...

If i can get rid of the carbs at the same time then sure, it's custom made and port matched, high quality. So yeah if someone wants to take the carbs??

Haha, yeah i know what you mean, you would need anothe inlet manifold, as mine is designed for a AFH 1.4 16V and is port matched but the carbs will go on no problem..

can you just split them please :) i need the inlet :)

If i remember correctly the 6n2 ports are the same so they are just plug an play. All you need is a facet fuel pump, or use the t-peice method :)

I have no idea yet, probably some fulcrum racing 1's Ritchey WCS suck arse :(

fail. the ignition setup wont work on the 6n2 gti unless you drill the cam to accept the dizzy, or use aftermarket ignition management
