Tim, I'm half way through a policy with elephant and its currently declared as 50mm lower as I used to have springs.

I've now got coilovers and Elephant wont cover anything more than 50mm lower, and also charge £50 policy cancelation!

That's internet companies for you I'm afraid. It's in their terms of business so not much you can do about it.

That's why I harp on about people trying us!

chris knott were terrible.... asked my renewal then refused to tell me their quote because it wasnt lower than my renewal 'pointless'!!
