Hi all,

Well, for the last 4-5 hours, i've been religiously cleaning, dusting, hoovering, polishing etcc my polo having had the urge to get her all shining. I reckon it all paid off - Poor old right arm's burning!

1.0ltr Engine, and pretty much everything is stock except for alloys, pedals etc. I've not done the pedals or gear stick so much for the 'looks', but i find they're much more comfortable than the factory ones, making it much nicer to drive :)

Hope you'll like it :)

clean looking polo! :)

any plans?

Thanks to both of you! Really paid attention to every mark etc

Plans-wise, i want to get some new headlights, tint the rears black (quite like the 6n lights as they are...no real fancy for the 6n2's), and get it lowered - I've seen many lowered Polos about and they just look pure quality :D - This'll be after i've held my licence for 1, and got a year's no claims, though, as my ins drops a fair bit...Might be able to afford it after declaring modifications! :?

nooo dont Tint your rear lights ! i did it and i didnt like it tbh, heres how mine looked -

When i say "tint" i only mean a quick 'thin' layer of the tinty stuff (dunno what it actually is :p ). I've seen some about and think they look alright tbh.

Hahaha, well if i was paying for my insurance, it'd be all up to me what i do to the car, but me mam's paying for it, so i'm quite limited lol.

looks a good base, technically you should have declared everything thats already done ;) and unless you drive in bare feet, can those pedals really be more comfortable?

As if you have to declare alloys :o

And yeah tbh :p They are definitely more comfortable than the standard ones. More contact with the pedal etc

I definatly wouldn't get my feet on those pedals, but it looks very clean mate, nice one :-)

Hahaha :p Thanks.

I plan on getting it lowered soon too. You'll see me in the "Bodywork & general" section a lot, soon lol.

Nice base. Love the 1.0 steering wheel haha. If you just want slightly tinted lights, go for some 16v ones, can pick em up pretty cheap.

:D Cool init. Yeah might do - mate's got some spray to tint the lights though so might just do that...free afterall.
