Awesome! What performance upgrades have you made? 137bhp is epic! I have a 1W in the garden waiting to be cleaned up and given a new body. I was going to add a Turbo (unsure of which one) but not sure how much boost to run. I see you have run 2.7 bar, which is a lot. Any issues? Do you have an intercooler too? Have you modified the pump also?

Yes i have an intercooler, re, boost no no issues yet.

the pump is heavy modified :)

Sorry for the very late reply.

the pump is Very much modified. the rotor inside is special made by a sponsor usually making pumps for tractor pulling:)

the turbo is a switzer special, the exhaust side from bmw 525 ported to get down the counter preassure as much as possible.

The head it self is ported by a special guy usally working with heads for the btcc cars.

Boost preassure is in this set up controlled with the diesel amount.

as long as the diesel is fully burnt at maximun preassure the preassure is mor or less self adjusting.

To day there is a water methanol set up producing even more power.

haven't been on the dyno yet but appr. 185-190bhp, 310-nm.......
