hi this is the first day i got my car had some plans for it but was woundering if you guys could give me some tips

I know you've only just got it but you could talk about what you might want to do with it. It looks like its had some things done to it already (wheels/lowering) so you might want to include that.

my name is dave 22 from coalville leicestershire this is not my first vw i have had 2 beetles and thought it was time for a change still sticking with the v dubs though.

Model: its a 1983 mk 2 polo coupe

Engine: standard 1.1 (for now )

Suspension:lowered on spax springs and shocks

Brakes:normal standard brakes

Wheels and Tyres: has fox 15" alloys on it (bought like it)

Exterior Styling: standard at the minute

Interior Styling: fully standard interior

ICE and Security: jvc head unit (come with car) and upgraded fusion speakers all round

The plans i have for it as follows:

Engine: keeping the 1.1 in for now but was thinking 1.4 with bike carbs

Suspension: the suspension is soon to be lowered on FK high tech suspension for a bit more drop

Brakes: upgrading breaks to venom combi vented discs and EBC green stuff break pads

Wheels and Tyres: the wheels and tyres are being changed to ATS classic alloys 13"x7.0" front and 13"x8.0" rear

Exterior Styling: car will be fully sanded down bodywork straigtened out and a respray in miami blue or arctic white, with chalk board black bonnet for graffiti. ( if you see it at shows please feel free to sign bonnet and doodle)

Interior Styling: Interior is staying standard dont know if i want buckets in it yet will have to see

ICE and Security: new head unit and clifford alarm will be fitted soon
