well heres my mk3, hoping to be on the road soon (again) :rolleyes

i was going to swap it for a white mk2 golf but after my mate giving the polo a full detail and seeing just how clean it can be, I've decided against it.. the car wont be going 'ratted' as such... but in the near future its going to be attacked with a welder and some filler, have some bits smooted out and a satin/matt paint job.

also looking at a hefty lowerage and some banded steels in a mad colour. or colours :)

anyway.. polo was fuckin filthy before, its been sat for ages without a clean.. dont have many before shots.. but heres that i got

just got to pop my polished rocker cover on when its finished, then polish the heat shield for the manifold and get new piping.

its got afew rust spots on the front wings and lower doors but nothing that can be fixed easily enough

oh and I've always got my private plates to go on it...

rang up the DLVA apparently i will just get away with it because of the date it was registered so will be able to run the plates :)

the car has come up real clean! cant wait to get started with it

shame its going to get the usual treatment with a rattle can, expected you to make this the bomb after how well you looked after the mark four.

IF it does go satin it will be done properly and it will be a unique colour not your usual matt or satin black gayness.

yeah i loved that mk4 and took pride in it so this is going to be the same keep your eyes peeled as progress slowly starts :p
