Ermm, where to begin

Well my pink valver ended up being so rotten it was untrue, holes in the floor everywhere, about a foot and a half of sill was rotten, both rear arches on the inner edges, it was basically scrap!

Ended up getting this off a mate of mine

1998 R, Storm Grey 1.4 8v

Done 59k with full service history

Brand new coilovers

Anyway when i got the car it came on some multispokes on 195/50 15's and was fairly high, drove about like that for about 4 days till i decided to pull my finger out.

Swapped the wheels for some valver alloys i had laying around, wound the coils down, trimmed the roof on the outside in fudge vinyl, trimmed the a, b, c pillars, headliner, mirror covers and parcel shelf supports in the same fudge vinyl, fitted cream leather seats and door cards, and thats where she stands at the minute.

Future plans are to get rid of the stickers on the rear window, new plates, trim the dash, doorcards, centre console and parcel shelf in the same fudge vinyl, get 2 little dints on the rear quarter filled and painted, both sills stone chipped and painted, and possibly some new wheels

Hopefully should at least have the interior done for vw festival in august!

Loved it when i seen it mate when a came to get them bumpers, my pink 1 is for sale now got masel a valver finally so gunna get that how i want it like :) cant wait to see the full retrim keep us posted

I nearly bought this abit back when it was up for sale! Good lad chink looks good! Few questions u gonna valver this beast?? Also are you putting valver bumpers on? If so can I buy you front lower one of not do u wanna buy some 8v fogs and loom??? I'll even help fit them!!!

Dontt trim your centre console!!! pop a mk3 golf centre console in will tidy it up summore then trim that

I've got a mk3 console but they just dont seem to fit :S the part where the seatbelts are on the seats, the gap between then is too narrow for the wider mk3 console to fit down.. may bodge it or create some cut outs later and have a go

Nah it does fit it's just tight fit chick there's an install thread on here somewhere dude!
