1988 VW golf mk2 16v-g60

The car has 4 months tax and 10 months MOT

Was originally a 16v mk2 and has been striped down and restored over the past winter months. The car has been great fun to drive and puts a massive smile on your face when you press that accelerator pedal. The car has been built to a high standard by my self (engineer). The engine was completely striped and rebuilt using new bearings and all new gaskets. All parts were inspected before reassembly and replaced if needs be.

The engine and box had done around 87,000 when I bought them and have only done a further 2000 since its rebuild. The wheels are VW motorsport o.z racing and as far as I know are one of two sets on a mk2 in this country. It is now running a full 5 stud vr6 wide track conversion and handles superbly

I drove the car to lemans a couple of weeks ago which is a 1000 mile round trip and the car did not faulter once.
