As the title says, I need MK2/3 Polo Saloon rear seats + belt clips for my MK3 Loon.

Needs to be within an hour of Inverness/Nairn, or a mate of mine can pick up within 20 miles of Galashiels/St Boswells.

Not too fussed on colour and condition, I just need these as soon as possible, as cheap as possible.

NON-SALOON REAR SEATS WILL NOT FIT.

If you get desperate. The bottom part of the seat is the same, and you can fit a coupe rear bench in. Would involve drilling 2 holes in the back and using bolts/washers to hold it in. works pretty well. I'll have a look to see if I've got pictures from my old one.

I just need to have complete seats, I'm not fussed how much of a hackjob they'd be to fit, just as long as they're secure and legal.

All I can find for sale are complete coupe/breadvan seats. I was supposed to get a rear seats with the car, but delivered a week later, but after I paid the jerk ran off to australia!

Anyway, sorry I couldn't find the pics I took, I was planning on doing a step by step guide at some point but didnt get around to it. The previous owner of my saloon fit the rear coupe seats but I re-did it afterwards.

In this pic you can see the two holes circled.

Get someone to hold up the coupe rear bench then jump in the boot and mark them. Then take the cover off (just unclips then slides out) and drill the holes. you can put bolts and washers through the back of the rear bench then put the nuts and washers in place once youve put the bench back up through the boot.

It's very secure, legal and looks pretty good once it's finished.

That looks quite good mate, thanks for that. Now I just need to find someone nearby who'll sell me ANY seats and belt clips!

i know where there's a mk2 saloon with interior for stripping, just depends how far you wanna travel. i'm in doncaster, what about postage?
