had a job done by a very reputable supplier - who copied my psd lightened one.

they are approx same weight/place removed as the psd too (which many people have used on their car for 1000s of miles). Not too light to become useless/liable to shatter - but light enough to ensure your engine revs freeer and engine brakes easier.

these are £69

can courier for £10.

no - they should bolt straight on.

You can take the crank out and get it balanced and would be good - but not essential. - for example one clutch will weigh more than another clutch and doesnt make car undrivable!

no - have had a batch done (4). I'm fitting one of these to me spare engine at the moment.

so how does the exchange work, e.g: i post my flywheel to you first along with payment, then you send me back the lightened and balanced one?

either

1. purchase one full £89+ post - and when you swap it for the one off your car - post me the stock one and i refund you £20

2. Post me your fly, when i recieve and you pay £69+ post i post you one thats already done

or

3. post me your fly - i'll get it done (will have to have a number to go at same time to get this price £69+post) and you get your original fly back

How much weight is actually taken off?

they are skimmed to about about 7-800g - not excessive - but they are quite light to start with

has these been balenced properly after been lightened or is it an exact copy of yours?

also does the £10 courier charge include both ways or just one daft i no but just want to

yes they have all been individually balanced.

the £10 courier charge- is just one way to you.

So essentially £99 total - but i refund £20 back when you either give me your flywheel in person or post it back.

G40 flywheels are the same as any other mk3 by the way.

i'd be up for a group buy on these also...

i'm going to be going another run - perhaps in a month or so though.

have got 2, maybe 3 flys - but need 4+

I'm interested in having one done, haven't got a spare fly to give as exchange though.

Will 100% have one made matey, if you wanna get a group buy going or a list together am sure you could make a nice drink for yourself.

If so will get the list started to see what interest you have in them but am sure you'll get plenty of peeps wanting one.
