had a little play around smoothing a spare bumper over the last week, still needs a few little bits touching up but it's come out pretty good tbh.

i've got another smooth bumper from jon but i need to find some mk3 spot lights for that so i'll keep it till i find a pair

and tonight i ripped the 16v lump out of the squareback

gonna do the cam belt and water pump on it and start ripping the 1 liter out of the coupe this weekend :-D

had a bit of a nightmare today but finally got some done on the polo

gave the bay a good clean

while taking the clocks out to wire the rev counter in this suspicious substance fell out of the dashboard

and a very crap picture of how it sits atm

most of the wiring is done just need to tidy it up and run a wire to the fuel pump, i've gotta get a exhaust clap for it and line the gear selector up. also i can't seem to get the clutch cable to hook on the lever, it's a self adjusting one and i think it's stuck fully adjusted

after that i hope it's working because the jetta gearbox has just shit itself but i can't sort it till i've done this and got rid of the bready. i fucking hate car's some times

it's pretty stripped mate although it is pretty straight and solid shell and it's had the rear arches flared by a previous owner although theres a few holes been cut for hydraulic hoses to go through (one in each rear inner arch and two in the bulkhead just above the transmission tunnel). it would be easier to tell you what wasn't there than what is tho

i'd be up for that, couldn't do it for a few weeks at least tho. i need to get this polo running for VW Action and need to then get the jetta running to use for work so gonna be flat out for a few weeks

engines in and it\'s driving, i can\'t give it a good caining because the tracking is so far out the tires squeal when it\'s going straight, but i took my mate out in it and had a little play and it fucking goes well lol

the exhausts blowing a bit (and hanging a bit low) and a few other bits and bobs need sorting, but it\'s just been a rush job to get it in and running now the jetta has given up on me. gonna give it a good going over at the weekend and sort out any issues it has ready for Action
