red car drives into my driveway, asian guy gets out, takes off my front and back number plates in less than 5 seconds, gets into his car and speeds off in less than 15 seconds in total. idiot. is it possible to change your registration number to a different one and not just replace it?

i rung thew police. luckily some guy saw it happening and buzzed my flat, rang the polciw within 1 min of it happening.

yeah i can guess for fuel theft, speeding around past speed cameras and possibly robbery knwoing the area i live in. :( makes you feel shit.
