it started off as a yfz 450, it had 2 engine rebuilds and the second time lasted 1000 miles, my mate was payin close to a grand to have it re-built each time so we thought fuck it!! lets put a r6 in there!!

the radiator tight sqeeze we used the 450 one but this is insufficent at coolin the r6 so we need the r6 rad and more chopping is in order:

all in all this has been done over 3 months we are just waiting on the r6 rad to come and fit that, the frame is going for powder coatin next week and then we will be building it back up , fingers crossed ill add more pics ionce we get the rad,

I had a Predator 500 road quad, and that was a beast with the poxy 500cc engine, cant imagine one with a superbike engine in :lol:

bet you will open her up be a shame to built such a beastie a not go all out at least once

cheers guys!! the 450 was about 40 bhp this is the 117bhp engine, we will open it up, once we get to 6th gear ahahahaha, we wanted it ready for usc this weekend at pod to get a 1/4 time but the radiator has set us back, mate has a predator 500 they are nippy for what they are!!!

cant wait to get it on the road not long left now,,,,, then my g40 6n conversion!!

Boring :( Would be highly funny (if not 10x as dangerous mind) off road.

I fancied buying one to get to work on but not if i cant take short cuts.

I don't think the engine would like it off road to be honest it just be fun smokin fast cars bahahaha

I've seen an R6 Raptor on the road and it's like nothing else you'd ever see, stupidly fast! Keep us up to date dude, looking forward to the 'testing' videos ;)

Right the radiatior finnally came, bit dirty so we gave its a clean and scrub and sprayed it black:

thats all the welding done, now its going for powdercoating soon, and we have all the new bearing and bushes to go into the swing arms, and a arms, then its building back toghether and a test run video will be up SOON!!
