looks good man!

Really good build mate, a good read.

also, on the pikey paint drying picture, the bloke with the "moob job" on the newspaper, why are they so saggy, surley if you wanted tits you would go for decent ones rather than old granny saggers?

I saw the picture, took me ages to work it out, then i saw the title below

no mate the chain roller has been fucked off!! the chain kept rippin it to shreds and its poly!! we are having a sprocket made with some big ass bearings in it, this should do the trick quite easy mate!

If you do open her up strap a bag of cement to the front

How much work you got left on it?

I'm trying to make a start on my long nose go-kart once i change jobs and we already need to think about fittiing drag style steady bars to the back to prevent it flipping over at take off

well we have to mount the external fuel pump as the r6 is inside the fuel tank, and were not using that fuel tank, powder coating and build it back up thats all, i can think of anyway, we have thought about pouring lead into the front bars if it gets that bad at flippin up hahahah

right well this weekend was fun, the clock is wired up ( what a ball ache, the plugs was smashed so we had to wire each one up one by one :( ), well we tried to get it started but the fuel pump isnt good enough its shootin out 23 psi and we need at least 42 psi from the pump, but it DID turn over with a bit of choke cleaner sprayed down the throttle body reved for 20 seconds to about 7000rpm and kicked out lots of flames :)
