After selling my 6N below I spent a year at Uni with no car and no cash until a few weeks back when I bought a 6N2.

In the next couple of months I'd like to get some of the 6N2 Gti Interior/Exterior mods, 6 Disc Changer, Front Fogs and the VW Mudflaps.

Picked up some SE Wheels.







The Stubby, Beta Tape Deck & Another mirror switch as the other had broken.







Stopped off at some old planes.

Was about £6 posted from ebay, I had a look down the local scrapyard but bits like these tend to go rather quickly.

After a short drive a few days back I found that I couldn't get reverse and fifth, I thought the worse and drove it home.

Turns out the linkage bracket had snapped and was splayed open, Before I bought the car the guys who put the reconed gearbox in must have dropped it causing a small split which eventually got wider and wider. Luckily a trip down the scrapyard and a 1.4 6n donor car fixed this for £5.

Took the rubbish Sony headunit out and put the decoded VW one in, Just waiting on a CD player. Ordered a new starter motor from the Bay too.

Cupholders, A debadge and cruising about Liverpool. Bought a 5 door handle for the passenger side that just needs painting and a handbrake cover cause the other was knackered.
