For sale my trusty Audi estate

The Good

50+ MPG on a run. I managed 750 miles on a tank a month or so ago, even with the current price of diesel

Built like a tank and galvanised shell

Lowered on a full supersport -60mm kit – bought earlier this year. Rides lovely, no crashing or banging

Had 2 front wheel bearings recently, a CV joint and metal droplinks installed

Has MOT until Feb 2011 and tax until September (or october - will check)

Will take you anywhere you want to go

Has front electric windows, electric tilt & slide sunroof and power steering

Has ABS which works

The Not-so-good

Wings are rusty, 1 could do with replacing (wont fail an M.O.T, just looks unsightly)

I didn’t get any history with the car, so the only history I have are the receipts I have accumulated since owning

Wheels and tyres are poop. Wheels are pretty scabby and kerbed, and most of the tyres don’t have a lot of tread left. I have some wheels / tyres which can be included in the sale.

Generally needs a little bit of love, couple of bits of trim need re-attaching properly and it is currently missing the from bumper inserts (will hopefully have some by the time it sells – only cost £5er from the scrappy)

Milage is 185,000, which isn’t too bad for one of these. They go for strong money with a lot more miles.

Will be a great daily for someone, and will look the part with some decent wheels on it.

I do have a set of Audi speedline wheels (15 x 7), which I have had acid dipped. All they need is paint and 1 Nr centre cap. I also have 4 Nr good tyres (195 / 50 / 15) which can go with them.

Looking for £700.00 for the car with the extra wheel and tyres. £600.00 for just the car as is. I also have a black bumper off a coupe which comes spare with the car.

These pics are slightly dated, it now has a deleted rear wiper, no badges on the back and the bumper inserts are missing from the front bumper.

LOL what i meant was, off £60.00 worth of fuel! Pretty much a tanks worth.

Not really up for swapsies as i own another 2 polos at the moment, although id be interested in p/xing for mk2/3 polo suspension or some nice 13" wheels.

Will give it a clean and take some more up to date photos, hopefully on Sunday.

The car is fairly straight and will polish up a treat, aside from the front wings!

Really fancy this, just need my 6n gone! Nice to see one that actually has electric wndows, most don't and I couldn't own an audi that doesn't feel like its a "high end" car!

I've just put my polo on ebay, if it goes, I may well be knocking on your door for this, really wanted a mk3 gti, but the family man in me and my common sense tell me this is what i need!
