mate if evan had the money id take it off you with out a dout ,but i dnt have a penny at the moment ,myt have to start saving i well want it and you are not far from me ,evan if i came up with half the cash as a deposit etc hmmm saving could be an option seems no1 else is guna grab a bargin :(
