hello jus a quick question wots the rule on the e stamp on my rear lights i was stoppe because my rear lights are dark but there not diy tints there propper tinted rear lights and they have the e stamp but i was told if i get stop again wiv there lights they take my car i got a 14 day thingy to change em but i wanna no the law cheers

They look seriously dark in your avatar. Don't know about the E stamp thing.
