Hey,

Ok so this is like the 2nd or 3rd time Iv put a for sale thread up for my car. This time I'm 100% sure shes going as..

A - I fancy a change

B - I want something cheaper to insure/tax/run

I’ve had her since January 2008, so just over 2 and a half years now. I can honestly say I’ve loved every minute of ownership. Due to redundancy however I’m now being forced to sell her in order to cut costs.

The Spec –

Engine:-

* 73,000 miles

* 1.8 20vt (Engine Code – AYP)

* Standard K03 turbo

* Custom Code Stage 2 remap/software

* Milltek downpipe with 100 cell race cat.

* 2.5" stainless steel exhaust system with oval shaped tip.

* Forge 007p dump valve

* Universal front mount intercooler with red pipes.

* Forge turbo intake pipe (TIP)

* N249 Bypass

The car was dyno’d and made a healthy 209bhp / 270 lbft, so she goes well . Rolling road printout available.

Brakes:-

* Standard brakes and pads all round. Fronts changed 3 months ago and rears changed literally 2 weeks ago.

Wheels / Suspension:-

* FK Highsport coilovers (Adjustable from 30mm – 120mm)

* Team Dynamic Pro Race 1.2 wheels (Matt Neal Edition) In September 2009 they were powdercoated red. Still TOTALLY unmarked.

* 2 x Yokohama Parada’s and 2 x Federal Super Steel 595’s. (Both with bags of tread left on) (Both 205/40/17) I will add pictures later this week.

Interior:-

* MOMO Street Racer GT seats with custom built sub frames.

* Standard dash/steering wheel/mats etc.

* Rear seats/seatbelts currently not fitted. Will be put back in before sale however.

* OMP rear strut brace

* Ipod ready connector to radio.

* Stealth Shelf with 6x9 speakers. Currently not fitted, but again will be put back in before sale.

Exterior:-

* Arctic Grey

* Rear wiper deleted

* De-badged rear boot

* 6000k H7 HID kit

* LED sidelights

* LED Rear indicators

* Aero wiper blades

* Front fog lights deleted

* All red rear lights

Notes:-

* MOT until October 2010. Flew through the test last October with flying colours.

* Tax due to expire at the end of October 2010.

* NO part ex's thanks UNLESS you have a sick mk3 Golf or a Turbo'd Polo :)

Pointers:-

* Car as expected has a few stone chip marks on the front bumper. With the car being 8 years old this is inevitable. Small chip on the edge of the door were the wind caught the door. Picture will be added soon.

* Small scuff mark on the very bottom of the rear bumper. Again not really noticeable as it is at the very bottom of the bumper.

* The rear drivers quarter and part of the door have been repaired due to being bumped into by some idiot! Only light damage and the car has been fully fixed through my insurance by Drive Vauxhall in Redcar to a top standard. I guarantee you wouldn’t have even known it had been repaired but I’m a genuine person so wanted to give you a heads up.

* Engine and airbag lights are on. Do not panic however. Resistors simply need to be added as I have removed the secondary air intake system. Resistors also need to be fitted to the seat airbags. PLEASE NOTE - All this will have been carried out prior to the sale.

I’v taken the above problems into consideration when pricing my car. I'm looking for £4,250 ono or £3,900 WITHOUT the bucket seats. There’s poorer examples for sale on Pistonheads for the same price so no stupid offers please!! If you require anymore information or want to ask me any questions don’t hesitate.
