Bmw e36 compact now reduced with 17" m-sport alloys

Featured Replies

have for sale my BMW 316i compact

it has 11 months MOT and 5 months tax.

The car has a full service history and I have a folder full of receipts for it.

Its currently on 104000 miles but will go up as I use it almost daily.

It is a 1996 "N" reg but looks far newer that it actually is!

It has a 1.6 100bhp engine which is good on fuel ( around 40mpg if your nice to it) and its very nippy as its such a light car.

Its rear wheel drive and very small making it so much fun to drive.

** Full Red side skirts and front and rear valance to replace the crap grey ones **

** Scorpion alarm and immobiliser **

** M-sport e36 seats instead of the standard seats**

** half decent car stereo**

** very clean interior**

** fitted car mats**

I'm sure there is a lot more to tell but it is just a quick add.

I really want a p/x as I need another car but just to keep the mods happy I will make up a price of £1600.

Sorry about the photos, I took them on my phone so the quality isn't amazing and as the car is parked in a small yard and the other half left with the gate key I couldn't get it out.

Also the seats are out as I have been moving furniture so will get some interior shots when the seats are all back in.

Open to any p/x offers as I fancy a change.

someone must have something larger or a diesel they want to p/x.

that price is way to high mate, these sell for half that on N reg's.

i would be tempted by the right price.

If you'd listen to offers closer to £1000 than £1600 then PM me please

Or, if you'd be interested in a part ex/swap for a Mk2 Golf 16v GTI let me know as well

I know I have seen some cheap ones of these around but I have price accordingly as the condition is very good.

Its rust free and very very clean.

also the price is just a estimate as I really would prefer a p/x.

thanks for the advise though mate.

Also to tobyk I dont think I could insure a mk 2 16v Gti but thanks for the offer.

swap for mk2 1983 polo coupe ;) spare engine and set of 5 bbs wheels with tyres

is going in for a sh*t load of new parts next week so price will change.

  • Author

ill have by the end of next week:

new radiator ( current one developed a crack)

new water pump ( would need doing eventually)

new thermostat ( just because the current one is old)

new rocker cover ( I think i can see a oil leak coming on)

new oil filter ( because it needs doing)

new oil seals ( just for reassurance)

new aux belt ( would need doing within the next 5000 miles)

this may affect the price a little

But still want a p/x with something diesel or anything really.
