It will fit an spi yes. Postage, due to size and shape will be around £15. Pm me and we'll sort something out.

Cheers,

Joe

It is a great set up.

The PoloAce chip fitted when i sold it was the one without the rev limiter raised.

And the TB has a swanky knife edged finish to it which took a mate ages to do.

If i had a Polo now i would have bought the whole setup as it was great fun with the GT box.

It is a brilliant set up. I almost feel shameful removing it, but the new engine should be rather evil...

what was the idle like with the 268 cam? and do you know how many miles it has done?

also was the golf gti afm all set up properly?

cheers pete

Got any pics of the throttle body?? Detail of the port and polishing please :-)

Pmd about tb and afm!

It doesnt idle badly at all. So long as everything else is set up, fresh sensors and all in good working order then you will barely notice it to be honest. Its only when your engine has the arsehole about something else that it seems to make it more apparent. The cam has done approximately 25k.

I have set the golf gti afm up using my AFR gauge in car on the road and also properly using a Gas analyzer. It runs very well.

Will take pictures this afternoon. It is still on the car as i am using it up until this friday the 20th when it comes off the road.

I can sell the whole conversion but it will be without the gt gearbox £325 ono collected, personally i think this is a very fair price as it pulls like a train and has been rolling roaded at 103bhp.
