Right, well i feel like I've taken my car as far as i can at the minute, so rather than carry on modifying it for the sake of it, I've decided to sell it on!

The car is a 1998 R registered, 1.4 cl polo

The colour is storm grey.

The mileage is 60k and will go up slowly as its not really my daily at the moment

It has full service history up to 53000 where the cambelt was changed, the service book has been stamped every 5 - 8 thousand miles.

Mot is untill december the 8th.

Tax until december the 31st

Bodywork : The front of the car is very stone chipped, but i have been unable to capture this with the camera, there is a small patch of rust on the passenger side sill, about 3 inches long, this is just surface rust and would be fairly easy to repair, i just haven't had the time at the moment, there are also 2 small dints around 1 inch long on the passenger side of the car, 1 just above the rear light, and 1 just under the rear window, ill get photos up of these when photobucket stops messing around. The paintwork all over is not brilliant, theres a fair few little marks and some laquer peel on the top of the doors / where the bump strips have been removed. However this isnt really that noticeable when looking at the car due to the colour, you really need to see it in person to understand what I'm getting at.

Chassis : The car is lowered on coilovers, these are still free and moveable, and will come with the c spanners. The wheels are 16v alloys Sprayed in lada cream, with 175/50 tyres on the front and 185/55's on the rear, all with good tread.

Interior : The car will come with full leather front and rear seats, these are valver seats and have been retrimmed in cream leather, the drivers seat has some wear on it but hasnt worn through, yet again, pictures are included. The A, B, C pillars, dash, doorcards, mirror backs and parcel shelf supports have all been trimmed in fudge vinyl with cream centers on the door cards. This has all been done diy so please dont turn up and complain about little niggly bits, if you want it immaculate, pay the 2k+ it would have cost for somewhere to do it, it has the same overall look on the car i feel and there is only 1 real area thats not brilliant, which is a cut in the dash where it broke and i had to cut it, I've included a picture of this.

Exterior styling : the roof of the car has been trimmed in the same fudge vinyl as the interior, the mirrors, front badge and custom 8v badge have all been sprayed lada cream to match the wheels. The car comes with 16v rear lights, clear side repeaters and indicators. the indicators and headlights have been tinted using flyeyes film.

Performance : the car has been de-catted and has a k&n airfilter, i can provide a downpipe and cat however if you dont want it de-catted.

Bad points :

Drivers side window doesnt work.

The bodywork issues i mentioned above

1 of the wheel bearings is starting to whine

The de-cat section of the exhaust is blowing, however this will be fixed before sale.

No head unit

Price is now £1200 as i could do with the cash!

The car will also come with the black and cream doorcards that originally came with the seats, as pictured in the build thread.

I'm willing to part exchange with a 6n 16v.
