Did you get your wiring sorted? I have the same problem in that my wires in the driver's door just aren't much good so i'm going to need to replace these. Any tips?

The stock wiring should be pretty good for most installations. I left mine stock, and I'm running 100w RMS through each side.

It should be sufficient. But if you wanted to replace it, you're going to have to get new pins for the plug that goes between the door and the car, and rewire the speaker side. I don't know where you can get these pins, but it'll take forever to do, not to mention, it's pretty pointless.

Unless you're running over 300w RMS?
