If you're planning to use standard 6N2 headlights (ie not the GTI projectors) then my instinct would be that, out of those, the anti glare ones would be more suitable as they're designed for cars without projectors.

I'm using in a set of angel projectors but the matey on ebay selling the 49.99 ones said id need those ones anyway?

If you've got projectors then I wouldn't worry about anti glare kits.
