I'm desperately in need of a sump guard but can't find one anywhere that will fit my 6n2.. Can anyone shed some light?

dont think you can get one off the shelf. will need to get down your local engineering place me thinks

OMP make one, off the shelf. Ask your local dealer, and check ebay. the 6N2 was fitted by OMP as it was prepared for a UK rally championship and homologated. cost around £150.

I've had a look with my local omp dealer and there saying they cant locate anything?!?!?!?!

The Mk4 Golf came with one, a plastic sump guard..locate one and modify it to fit the 6N2!

To my understanding hes after a metal one???

Cause i beleve the 6n2's, well mine did anyways come with a plastic one

Just buy a new sump, get it plated! Job done.

There are 2 OMP part no.s. The small guard is the BA/410, the large one is BA/411. YB racing are an OMP dealer. They don't list either part on the website but they are still isted by OMP. For the price, I would get one fabricated though.
