My Name is Richard and I,m from the nederlands.

I drive A polo2 1.0L :-D daily for work ore go to the gym..

13inch RSL

Also i,m building a polo 2f 1.6i16v with a G60 charger :-D

for a friend we build a 6n2 1.6i16v with a big Garret turbo, i have post photo,s on this forum.

that is ready so now i can build my polo2f further..

the engine is fully rebuild with much stronger Components for the things i wanne do to it :-D

it,s a AJV engine from a polo gti limited..

1.6i 16v DOHC

it,s bored and honed to fit the 77mm wiseco pistons.

the crank is balanced with flywheel.

we have mounted H-profile rods from a 1.8 engine big block..

cnc machined the rods to make them fit the small block engine :-)

i have mounted a BMW e39 Intercooler so i can order some pipes and sleeves now..

the g60 charer i stil dont have, safe that for last..

i have a shitload of photo,s.

First i had the wrong info for the rods so i order some wrong sizes i wanne had that in hous but the plane go wrong unfortunately

the ajv rods are 139 i thought. the others are 144mm. to long...

so i had to order some other rods from a g60 en had to level the engine to make them fit..

I welded my own exhaust manifold

not my best welding but nobody see the wled,s wen i tape the exhaust with heatwrap.

yummmmmmmmmm what inlet are you using one from a g60? nice custom downpipe dude awesome work the g60 charger mount the same as an eaton?

Its a golf 16V inlet welded on a polo gti plate

the throttle is from a G60, and the G60 charger go on a custom made mountingplate :-)

that was my 16vG40 same engine but with standart internals...

173bhp and 230nm torq :-)

@ yoof, yes i now but i wil hang the cooler on a better place wen i have ol the hoses.

i need to make some more room to put the intercooler further to the back!!

cut out some bits of the bumper bar..

well there is a misfortune with the intake manifold :(

because it are 2 different intake bits that welded together and one of the chanels has 1 smal weld there became a hole :)

so the intake is gonna level and gets a thicker weld...

this is how it was!

and this is how it,s looking now :-)

the hole is also closed now

and all works close past each other

next thing to do is making al the hoses and tubing

the 16vG60 is waiting on a G60 supercharger :-) but i need to spare some money

if got too make a bracket four the injectionrail..
