Right so I've got my renewal quote through, they want just under a grand which is fine by me as it's decreased from last year

However they want it in 3 month installments of £211 pounds and on top if that they want a £403 deposit (didn't even know you pay deposits when you renew) how on earth do they expect a full time student to pay that

My question is we they be negotiable on the installments I would phone but they'll be closed and they won't be open till Tuesday now. Cheers

Should be negotiable as they use a 3rd party to do the credit.

I've just renewed with Brentacre and on the paperwork it had the deposit and three monthly installments like you. But when I phoned the guy was like do you want to pay it over the 10 months again? So I wouldn't really take much notice of what's written down!

You will still however have to pay a deposit, but they should negotiate this so you can either pay a smaller deposit and larger monthly installments or a larger deposit and pay less each month, whatever suits you.
