no sorry had to keep them, but are on original runners easy to fit and adjust

yeah, just remove the runners from your golf and stick the porsche seats in

I had a set of these in my loon for a while... SOOOOOO soooo comfortable.. Highly reccomended.. Id snap em up for that price too if i had something to put em in!
