I registered as a member like a week ago, and paid (twice!!! not sure why but 2 lots of £5 have gone out of my account) and now i cant log in with my member account.

who do i need to speak to with regards to getting my fiver back and actually getting onto my members account (I've tried doing the 'forgot your password' route but it says that no records match my username!!!

any help would be appreciated cheers
