Is that the high beam and the low beam. Are they the 6000k. Are they easy to fit, did you have to make any modifications or was it jus plug in and play.

hi mate, do you have high beam and low beam or jus the high beam. Are they easy to fit, did you have to make any modifications or was it jus plug in and play

It's the h7 kit designed for reflector lenses. So it's just the main headlight beam. No wiring changes just plug and play. An instruction sheet is enclosed with the kit. Only thing I needed to do on mine is just leave the rear cover off the light cluster (if that makes sense) I have decent electrical knowledge so it took me about 5-10 mins per side as you need to thread the wiring for the bulb through the locking connector but once I figured that out, it was really easy to install the kit.

Hi dont i need the H4 kit.

Whats the differance between H4 and H7

Thanks

H4 is for older cars; the 6n.

H7 is for the 6n2.

I'm sure... 8-)

Nope, the 6n2 is h7 (2-pronged) the 6n is h4 (3-pronged for dim-dip iirc)

For the 2001 polo, which is the 6n2, you will defo need the h7 kit as per my post with the eBay number in.

Also, the eBay number I put in are the antiglare bulbs which are designed for reflector lenses.

Which is what i said?! :p

Sorry, misread your post, I read it the other way round.

HID Bulbs for standard headlamps are H7R.

i'd go with the xenon's online guy, saves the hassle of working it all out and the confusion of getting it right on the bay.

It's only an extra tenner for the reassurance.

Hi Xenons online,

Are they just the full beam or the low beam. Are they the 6000k ones. Or how much for the full and low beam.

Thanks Ben

When getting HID's do you just get the full beam ones or the full and low beam.

The H7R will be for normal headlights. I have been advised NOT to get HID's for High Beam.

Thanks for clearing that up for me mate.
