haha, i had petrol but I'm renowned for doing random shit, and someone went i bet if you took a pic of you looking like your filling up your car you wont put it in so i did :)

In my personal opinion the HDR effect on them is too strong, they look a bit too powerful and could do with a bit more sharpening and the saturation reduced,

But hey thats just my take on it! :-)

Still quality photos, what set-up did you use?

great pics! i love the surreal look of HDR, the over-saturation works with the whole look of the pictures imo

yeah I understad what you mean, because I never used to like HDR but thu was my first time using it and I think they came out alright :)

It's not an amazing set up or anything it's just a standard panasonic Linux mixed with good Photoshop skills lol

cheers, this was my first time of using HDR images so I'm happy with the out come :) considering I had to do it all properly cos I'm using CS3 lol

but is it me or does the hdr / saturation effect just make the paintwork look like a really poor job??? i dont know how you actually sprayed it but i like your car but the effect makes the paint look bad

yeah I see what your saying I did think that but I like the look of the photos and i think it's beause where it's a matte blue it come out wierd in the photos

Basically, its a High exposure pic, normal exposure and low exposure, all blended together, the bright colours come from high exposure, the clouds all show up because of the lo exposure :)

looks good i think this is proabbly where it work the best becuase you expect to find bold brash colours :)

yeah properly i mean i never really tired HDR before this so it was manly to work out how to do it and see the results.

haha cheers man i wanna get a proper camera with some boom flashes but i haven't got the money lol
