Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Been on here a few months now and still haven't uploaded any pictures of my 1.6 8v 6n (called Polious)

So I thought I'd stop being lazy give him a decent wipe down and take some pics,

I dont have any pics of when I got the car, all have been lost :(

but for the purposes of this thread this is what it looked like when I got it (with rusty rotted steelies on)

Tbh when I first did it I was horrified but then it really started to grow on me and now I love it haha,

But yes it does need dropping a bit more and putting on some deep, stretched rims, I agree

That looks friggin sweet :-D 8-)

Id do the splitter and door handles in the darker green also though

It's different. And that is enough. (oh, different in a good way of course - maybe a bit marmite!)

Thanks guys.

Was thinking of what I want to do next,

List is:

Replace middle grill on front bumper and relocate number plate there,

Smooth number plate recess,

Respray front and rear badges,

Possibly reverse the polo badge to say olop, but not sure about that

and generally smoothing all over

Lol, just like my polo.. but my polo has matte black strip.. with black steelies..!!

Cool motor mate

It's just a Peco stainless system with a letterbox tip, sounds nice, decent grumble without the OTT saxo sound that is oh so common nowadays
