how do you take out back seats help please?

very easy mate..

fold down the backs and get a flat screw driver and slide the catch (nearest the door) towards you, then the middle mount is held on by a clip which you pull the pin outwards with the flat head screw driver and pull or push it out.

the seat bases are so easy I'm not going to bother explaining them to you, just have a look mate.
