Hi All,

Selling my 1998 Dragon Green 1.4 16v 100bhp 3 door.

MOT still valid (think it’s got a few months left, but id have to check) and still has a month or so tax on her...

The car has been in daily use until today for the past year to commute to and from work (averaging 150mile round trip).

I'm selling it as spares and repair as all the power went on my return from Cornwall on the bank holiday & the cam belt tension broke - I'm unsure of any damage to the engine, as I have just parked her up and bought a 3 year old golf tdi in stead!

The car has a full service history, and has been serviced when it should of as it has been used as a company vehicle.

In the last 3 months alone it has had a new gear box (has only covered 1500ish miles) still under warranty too, new clutch two new tires, two new rear bearings for a start!

The bodywork is not in great nick as she has had a small dent in the driver’s side rear quarter panel which has just been treated for rust and sprayed by myself. But apart from that not bad.

The alloys are ok, however a tad kerbed in places.

The interior is in good condition with out any rips tears or fag burns.

The engine was last serviced in June (they should have changed the cam belt then!)

The Mileage is approx 93,000.

Has working electric window, remote central locking

Car would be good for spares, or repair but I just don’t have the time left or patients any more after spending nearly £2000 this year on her alone to keep her on the road!!

How much for front and rear bumpers

How much for the central locking pump, wiper mech (without motor), and driver side electrice window mech with the rails, the ht leads oh and how does the engine run etc i may be in the full lump and box

am looking for a front anti roll bar with all the fittings and wondered if this has one on it and weather or not you would be willing to post it for a cost as i constantly hear my self saying why is evry other polo soo far away lol hope you can help chears Martin

Sorry I have been uber busy as of late (currently working 50-60 hour weeks!)

Tomorrow I shall take pictures of each parts requested & say how much I'm after for them...

Hi mate, probably not a great choice from my car - I had a few idling issues before she blew & once hooked up to the diagnostics, its said that it was the throttle body motor that had gone....

Make me a sensible offer...I'd rather sell the window mechs as a pair, maybe you could double up with someone else?

If you read the origional post, the cam belt tenisonor snaped & I'm not sure if, or what damage it might of caused so probably best to give the engine a miss fella!

However, it has a 1500mile recon box with new clutch in her fitted in early August if that takes your fancy...but its collection only....
