6n Interior question and pic request.

Featured Replies

Right guys,

My 6n, on the panel below the heater dials, has two electric window switches and two blanking plates for where other models have something and mine doesn't.

I basically want to know what is meant to be there and if anyone can post pics of theirs if they have something other than just two electric window switches?

I have a feeling the big blank may be for a digital clock, but help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Mine looks like that, what's meant to go in the other places?

Since you haven't thought about this, i'm going to give you a small pointer.

What if I had a five door with electric windows? Where would those switches go? Obviously on the rear doors, well, possibly. But what if i wanted to control them from the front? I'd need another set.

Maybe they could go near the front windows and fill those holes up?

Now, what if i had kids in the back or wanted to piss my mates off, I'd need a childlock, there's a chance it may make sense to put that in the big blank in the middle.

Basically, stop being a tard and think about these things before putting up obvious posts.

open air??

Ahhh yes, sorry, your right, so the big blank is the child lock leaving one remaining blank.

So does the one remaining switch control both rear windows simultaneously? No.

Does it control one, and the other rear window does what it likes? Errr of course not.

Let ME give YOU a pointer...

Unless you have somethin positive to contribute, keep it to yourself. Always amazes me when people get gobby when they're behind a keyboard and screen.

open air??

Nice one mate, I forgot about that, my buddy used to have an open air, I'll ask him.

Cheers

Open air and heated seats iirc
