Can't say if they're still available new from VW, but I'd keep an eye on eBay and the for sale section on this forum. Sets do pop up every now and then.

Votex (supply aftermarket parts to VW) made spotlights that fitted the 16v bumper, a while ago a load of sets of these were on eBay but I guess the guy ran out of stock. These ones will easily fit an 8v though.

You can get them Brand new from VW....not cheap tho, best bet is Ebay.de (german Ebay)

just got quoted 64.62 each for 8v fogs from VW ...
