Basically a week ago i got my car lowered, before it was fine, didnt pull either way at all, Just the streeing wheel was just past 12oclock clockwise when going straight

Since I've got it lowered it want to pull to the left or right when going in a straight line, its worse in the wet.

i wondered if it was tyre pressure but thy all were around 30-31,

it could be tracking, haven't got round to getting to a garage due to being at work alot.

anything else that could be the problem?

By lowerring it, you alterred your suspension's geometry, so it'll need correctting.

ie yes, you need to get your tracking and camber done.
