You can fit one 5 speed you need the gear box anti roll bar and make sure when you get the box the gear box mounting. as the 4 speed and 5 speed mounting are different.

I'm up towards manchester but have a 4speed thats done 34k yours for £30...

I've got one here you can have for nothing... It was fine when removed... I didnt refit it because i bought another engine with another box allready on it and couldnt be arsed to swap...
