Fully rebuilt 1272 G40 PY engine less than 2000 miles ago

Stage 4 super charger (with stand alone oil pump) fully rebuilt less than 2000 miles ago

65mm steel pulley kit

Gas flowed head with 1mm larger valves

Schrick cam

Adjustable cam pulley

Gas flowed G40 inlet

De-wedged throttle body

Custom accelerator cable bracket

4 branch manifold

Power flow 2" exhaust system with 3" rolled out tail pipe

Front mount intercooler with brackets on bumper bar.

Blue silicone hoses

blue cone filter

rebuilt gearbox with longer gears

oil catch tank

STYLING MODIFICATIONS:

resprayed silver

gti splitter

Smooth boot, de badged and no boot handle (professionally welded filled etc)

smooth recesses under lights

Removed rear wiper, with plate

Arches have been rolled and flared, they look awesome, and obviously no sign of rust anywere!

Rear disc conversion using complete rear axle from seat ibzia GTI with polo GTI calipers and poly bushes

FK konisport coilovers fully adjustable

280mm front brakes

poly bushes for the rear of the wishbone

Manual steering rack

modified solid rear gearbox mount

ALTERNATOR, INJECTORS, LEADS, SPARK PLUGS, COIL, THE WHOLE DISTRIBUTOR, CHARGER BELT, BATTERY, TEMPERATURE SENSOR, FUEL FILTER, AIR FILTER, PROBABLY MORE I've FORGOT.

THIS IS A WELL LOOKED AFTER CAR, CLEANED EVERY WEEK, WARMED UP AND COOLED DOWN PROPERLY BEFORE AND AFTER DRIVES, EASILY A MAGAZINE WORTHY CAR.

THIS IS A QUICK LITTLE CAR THAT GETS ALOT OF ATTENTION WHEREVER IT GOES, THE WHINE IS CRAZY AND TURNS ALOT OF HEADS, BOOST IS IMENSE PUT ALOT OF CARS TO SHAME, 1ST AND 2ND GEAR ARE BRUTAL!

THIS CAR HAS GREAT PAINTWORK, THERE ISNT A SCUFF/SCRATCH ON IT, BEING SILVER LIGHT SCRATCHES ARE INVISIBLE, AND THE BLACK ROOF IS POLISHED AND WAXED EVERY WEEK TO KEEP IT LOOKING MINT!

IF I HAD THE MONEY I WOULD TURBO IT, FROM THE MONEY YOUD GET FOR THE CHARGER ETC YOU COULD BUY MOST THE TURBO PARTS, AFTER THAT YOUR LOOKING PAST 200BHP

I'm CURRENTLY AT THE PEAK OF TUNING WITH A G LADER CHARGER, RUNNING AROUND 170BHP ALL THATS LEFT IS A REMAP 180BHP, UNLESS YOU WANT FASTER, THEN TURBO IT.

BAD POINTS:

EXHAUST NEEDS A FLEXI ABOUT £20, ITS NOT BEEN A PRIORITY

TRACKING A TAD OUT (THINK THIS IS DUE TO THE COLLIES HIGHT) SO PULL REALLY LIGHTLY TO THE LEFT, EASY FIX

WOULD BE FASTER/SMOOTHER AND BETTER ON FUEL AFTER A REMAP, BUT HAVNT HAD THE MONEY.

Whats the rolling road spec on this if you have one or a rough estimate.

havnt got a rolling road print out, previous owner said it was at 160bhp, and since then it has had a full toothed steel pulley kit, new filters, leads, plugs sensors and loads more parts contributing to making it better and faster also has a poloperformanceparts remap chip suited, making the most of the shcrik cam stage 4 charger and 65mm pulley, so it should be around 170-175bhp.

I've had the odd race with 2lt cars and always woop them on acceleration, and utill about 120mph but then i let off as i dont like taking it to fast! previous owner clocked 145mph from it

like i say the acceleration is crazy, instant boost and alot of spinning
