Hi Guys

I`ve got a 1994 Polo Coupe with a 1.3 motor and 5 speed box,

But the box is on its way out,

I`ve just collected another 1.3 engine and box with a view to using the box,

But i`ve now noticed the new box might be a 4 speed

Apart from the upper gearbox mount will this gearbox fit straight

into my car?

I need to get it fitted to keep the car on the road then i can get my old box rebuilt

or until i find a good replacement 5 speed.

yeah you should be fine mate, i've only done it the other way round but didn't have to change any thing other than the gearbox mount
