6n2 Bonnet without the badge bit..

Featured Replies

If you know what i mean.. is it possible to get a bonnet with that bit filled in.. like a 6n bonnet? but for a 6n2 ?

i hate the stupid plasticy filler bit.

or is it a matter of getting a standard 6n2 bonnet and getting someone to (weld?) on a bit of metal there?? :S

Thanks guys 8-)

only way you will get one already done is someone selling one second hand

or you get someone to weld in a piece of metal and smooth with filler and bonnet repaint

Sort of what I had in mind - cheers for clarifying that :-)

Your best bet is to get the work done by a welder. But doing that will be very costy. And the chances of you finding a bonnet without the indent is low.

Personally the GTI grill looks better than de-badged one IMO.
