Alright guys has anyone got the correct torque settings for the big end bearings & the main crankshaft bearings please ?

The big end bearing cap bolts are tiny,you can feel them stretch and it makes you cringe. But be aware they really do go that tight,dont loose count of the turns by thinking too much about it.
