winding coilovers up and down

found out 110mm down in sheffield doesn't work haha, just tryied winding them up but for all i no i could just be making them tighter... so my question is how do you wind them up? which way does the bottom screw go and does the one on top go the other way? sorry for a stupid question but i have no idea haha.

found out that question, but now have a new one haha. whats the best way to loosen the 2 screws?

adjusting rings, couldn't think of the word so i put screws.

Use a C-Spanner - your Coilovers shouls have come with this special spanner when bought :-)

If you have two adjusting rings like these...

Best thing to do is use copper slip/grease on them all over the thread of the coilovers to stop it seizing, when adjusting loosen the bottem ring first by winding it down slightly, then wind up the top ring to where you want and wind the bottem ring up to join it. It will be quite stiff.

ye i'v been trying to use the c spanners but there proper tight. they only got put on the ofter day so i cant imagine there seized.

ye they were greased before i got them, there not moving at all. any techniques people have used before?

Use your foot.

If brute force doesnt work, try and borrow another one and put it on the bottom ring (lol) and twist opposite directions.

WD40 is always a helping hand aswell.
