really need a 5 speed gearbox mount for my mk1 polo to get the g40 conversion sorted.

Got a standard one which will be enough to get you mobile. £5 and its yours.

what you mean by standard pal? i dont know but i thought there was only one kind? is it the front left engine/box mount as well i should have been more specific in my post

G40 and diesel ones are slighty more reinforced, but a standard one can be welded up to match very easily.
