Where can i get a Jack from

I'm after a jack as the factory one is pants, can anyone point me in the direction of getting a good jack? I have a 2001 polo.

i really need it to fit where the spare wheel goes as i got a sub in the back and restricted for space.

edit: you wont get many jacks that will fit in there, why do you need a better one? you're only gonna need to use it when you get a flat?

The one supplied with the car's only really intended for emergency wheel changes. If you're planning to work on the car beyond that, you'll need a properly trolley jack and if you're going underneath, some axle stands.

Get a decent trolley jack from Machine Mart/ebay for doing general work to the car and keep the standard jack in the boot ONLY for emergencies, thats what it's for anyway.

£100 costco alloy trolley jacks are pretty damn good! Not practical if you want it in the boot of your car but if its just for general work they are ideal.

I bought a 3 ton trolley jack with 'rocketlift' about 3 years ago, it came with two free 3 ton axle stands and kneeling/ laying pads aswell... its the best £100 I've spent so far...
