Just ordered some FK AK Street Coilovers for my 9n. Do i need shortened drop links to fit these?

some coilovers come with shortened droplinks in the kit so you may have them already! you dont need them as such but it makes the car feel better with them apparently :)

I've heard the anti roll bar can rub against to drive shaft if you use standard drop links. I've got some mondeo ones just in case. I read these can be used as they are a little bit shorter than the standard ones.

mk4 golfs need longer drop links not shorter ones... so just make sure shortened ones are right

on the fabia and 9n polo you deffo need a shorter drop link for seriously lowered cars, i just used standard ones on mine but it wasn't very low tbh! people have used the ford mondeo ones to good effect.. make sure you check your ground clearance if you are going to go uber low, even at standard ride height there's only about 13cm clearance under the sump on the diesel engined cars
