How easy is it to remove the rear bench out of a 6n? Any guides or tips :)

lower bench or rear?

Lower bench less than 30seconds, just fold forward and push the rods together and pull out.

The rear section, fold down push back the clip/lock nearest the window, then remove the clip in the centre of the 60/40 split. should take you 5 mins :)

Cheers mate much appreciated. Just an experiment to see if weight reduction has a decent effect on performance :)

Nothing serious.

Just the rear seat won't really make a difference to performance. I ran my 6n basically totally stripped apart from dash and front seats and it made only a slight difference.

Back seats took me ages to figure out, you need to pull the back of the seat forward and look at the side, there will be a slidy thing you need to push back with a big flathead screwdriver. Pretty self explanatory from there on.
