Full set of lowered springs, gives about 70mm drop drop I believe (or 60mm can't remember, they're from euro car parts).

Hardly used, was only on a few weeks so as good as new really.

Can you use these on standard shocks matey or will the ride be crapola?

I used em on standard shocks and rode ok, a little stiff but I expected that as it was lower.

I'd recommend lowered shocks though incase you hit a pothole it might crush a standard shock, could be wrong tho.
