Stance-solutions kits

Featured Replies

So found this kit by stance solutions gives a 50mm lift/drop for tackling speed bumps etc I think it's a decen idea for those of us who don't want/can't justify the expense of full air ride!

ben dunno if/when I'll be selling them this bloke is taking far far too long with my dishes been posting them for a month now!!!

I've seen these advertised on ebay, about £300 iirc? Wonder if it effects ride quality etc. and do you need a compressor and tank on top of that?

the concept is good but... what hapens when youve pumped it up... then let all the air out..? how do you re-fill it?

still works out cheaper than the other airlift stuff about like aerosport and KWs (£1500?) :o

And looks like you get a 3 quid can of GT85 too.. loverly stuff!

You can connect it to a foot pump and lift it that way or comperssor! Also iSnt the kw kit hydraulic?? Tony you a hydro man how much would a little kit like this cost from you??

as said its a good idea but there are a few issues that i can see...

Reinflating, judging by the ebay add you have to use a pump or buy a compressor. So unless you buy one of those you will have to drive around with the front end in the air and drop it when you get to where your going (reveres rake is lame), reinflating it before you leave. Might aswell just adust you coilovers and save 300 quid.

Ground clearance, if its lifting every thing in front of the rear wheels, its dropping every thing behind them as these will be effectivly acting as a pivit.

Overall drop, fitting this between the spring and the top cup will take away some of the drop you can get out of your coilovers. It doesn't say how much but for it to be strong enough to take the weight of your car safely it would have some girth to it i'd imagine. Just fitting it un-inflated may solve clearance issues
